How to add pics to a forum post :-
You cannot upload a pic direct from your PC, to the forum. The pic needs to be on the internet, and then linked to the forum.
This "How to" is divided into two parts
Part One - Uploading and hosting your pic on the internet
For this example we have shown how to upload your photos to the internet, using Photobucket.
1. The first thing you need to make sure of, have your pictures on your computer and know the directory and folder they are in.
2. Now you are going to need a host. In this example we have used Photobucket. Sign up for a free account at Photobucket (takes moments)
3. Select My Albums / Albums & upload.

4. On the right will be an 'upload' area. Click Choose files.

5. Find the image on your computer you wish to upload and click 'open'

6. Once the image has uploaded it is now in your online album. You should see it beneath the upload area.

Note :-
Before the next stage, please note there is a facility, on Photobucket, to alter the size of the image. Look for "Edit Images". Please bear in mind that if the picture is large it will distort the forum and members will have a hard time reading all the fascinating posts that follow. The ideal width is 600 pixels, and no larger than 800 pixels please. Large images also cause problems for folk with slow internet connections making the forum pages very slow to download.
7. Ok, now we need the URL to add to your forum post. Underneath the image are 4 links. There are two methods you can use. Direct Link or IMG Code. The input method for each will vary when you add the pic to your forum post. If you click on the actual bold text of either, the code will be copied that you need, which is the text in the box to the right.
Your picture is now hosted on the internet and you have the link to it. Now we need to add that link to your forum post :
Part 2 - Adding the hosted pic to your forum post.
7. If you copied the IMG Code from Photobucket proceed to step 9. If you copied the Direct Link in Photobucket, select the IMG button here, this adds the IMG tags automatically for you. (note, IMG code from Photobucket, will have already added these).

8. Paste (Ctrl + V or right click & paste) the copied URL, into the box. It should look like the one below. Then Click Ok

9. If you have copied the IMG code from Photobucket, you just need to Paste (Ctrl + V or right click & paste) the copied code directly into the Post Reply box, either way, it will look like this.

10. Finally add whatever other text you wish to add, but NOT within the [IMG] Tags, press submit, job done.
Hope this helps. Use the "Forum Problems and Test Area to have a practice.
No harm done if you mess up there!
